Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must contact your assigned account manager or consultant directly.
Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of your official transaction (purchase of service). Requests made beyond this period will not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund Eligibility & Terms
All refund requests are subject to review by our team. Once your request is received, we will evaluate your case and notify you of the outcome.
- Digital Marketing & Creative Services
- Once work has commenced (including strategy, content creation, campaign setup, or execution), the service is non-refundable.
- If no work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any transaction or installment fees.
- Publishing & Content Development Services
- If materials (e.g., manuscript or content) have been submitted but no work has started, a 100% refund may be granted (excluding installment surcharges).
- If the project is already in progress, a 50% refund may be issued (excluding installment surcharges).
- If the project has reached advanced stages (such as revisions, layout, or finalization), a 30% refund may be granted (excluding installment surcharges).
Processing Your Refund
If your refund request is approved, reimbursement will be issued to your original payment method.
